Our company, a global recruitment firm requires a Business Development /Sales Executive, who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for our company.

What you will be doing:

  • Leads generation
  • Negotiating and closing leads
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders regarding project aspects
  • Timely attendance to customer’s requests, complaints, project updates, etc
  • Maintaining positive and professional communication at all times with customers through the various channels (minimum of satisfactory feedback response from clients for account management)
  • Actively perform competitive intelligence and trend analysis
  • Minimum satisfactory feedback from prospects/clients on service
  • Reporting on weekly activities: Sites visited, Cold Calls, introduction emails
  • Report all incidents and accidents to their direct supervisor
  • Daily report of activities to Management via mail
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

What we are looking for:

  • B.Sc. Degree in Administration, Product Management, Marketing or Similar
  • 2+ Years post-qualification experience in field sales.
  • Customer Service and Client Relationships
  • Meeting Sales Goals and Closing Skills
  • Territory Management and Prospecting Skills
  • Product Knowledge and Negotiation Skills
  • Presentation Skills
  • Have basic Math knowledge
  • Has good business acumen
  • Motivation for Sales
  • MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project), SAP

Remuneration is Commission Based
