ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for Intercompany Analysts for the RTR teams based in our EMEA SSC. You would work within the RTR team to provide the most complete, accurate and timely processing within Intercompany ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures as well as external requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Month-end closing of intercompany scope for entities
• Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and flows,
• Managerial reporting of intercompany flows,
• Stock in transit,
• Reconciliation of Intercompany accounts balances
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Cooperation with ICO Expert
• Ensure existing policies and procedures are followed
• Ensure legal requirements respect and service quality
• Perform daily tasks and interact with people at all levels within & outside the organization
• Collaborate with internal team for solving raised issues and ensure the right satisfaction level
• Ensure the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meet the requirements.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

Essential:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a matrix organization (ideally BPO/SSC/GBS).
• Knowledge about accounting and RTR GL procedures
• A Bachelor´s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken required
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented and results-driven
• Strong analytical skills
• Logical thinker, creative, with good attention to details
• MS Office (Advanced Excel), SAP

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a SSC is welcome
• Cross functional experience across RTR a plus
