Email Marketing Manager

As our Email Marketing Manager, you will improve our highly successful email marketing campaigns and flows. You will control our email database, plan campaigns and flows, and review performance to optimize it. We are looking for someone with design and analytical capabilities who loves crafting emails that resonate with our audience. You will enjoy working with our creative team, which can supply regular fresh creative, and you will love digging into the data to understand which emails are performing best and why. You are a marketer at heart and have a passion for creating messaging that connects with customers. You will have the freedom and capacity to really own the role and make a real difference to the business and our community.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the email content plan, working closely with the wider marketing team to ensure cohesiveness
• Scheduling, designing (our creative team will supply you with creatives) and writing engaging email campaigns
• Optimizing, scheduling, designing and writing engaging flow emails (pre/post order, etc.)
• Ensure all email communication is cohesive (sign up, order, delivery update, etc.)
• Segmentation and optimization of data
• A/B test campaigns
• Ensure consistent use of the Volta brand
• An interest in the Consumable Electronics and Tech industry would be beneficial
• Ideally, you will have at least 2 year’s experience in email marketing in an in-house or agency role

• You must be ambitious, tenacious, confident, energetic, and have communication skills. We love someone who has a bit of grit and is happy to challenge what has already been done, learning on the job.

Essential Skills / Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in using an Email Service Provider, such as Klaviyo or Sendlane is essential
