Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in preparing and analysing financial statements, reports, and projections.

· Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

· Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

· Monitor budget performance and provide insights on variances.

· Help in updating and maintaining financial models.

· Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.

· Support the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.

· Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

· Assist in maintaining and updating financial databases and spreadsheets.

· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

· Support the implementation of financial software and tools.

· Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

· Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.

· Participate in special projects and assignments as needed and provide analytical support to various departments within the company that may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a finance-related role (internships included).
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
