Employment Type: Part-time About Us: GoDrop Logistics is a leading logistics company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation solutions across Nigeria. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to join us as Area Field Operations Representatives in key highway towns. Role Overview: As an Area Field Operations Representative, you will be the face of GoDrop in your locality, ensuring smooth logistics operations and excellent customer service. You will coordinate truck movements, resolve local issues, and maintain strong relationships with drivers, garage owners, and customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate truck arrivals and departures at local garages and parks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and customers in your area.
  • Monitor and report on local logistics operations to the central office.
  • Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or customer complaints.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods within your assigned region.
  • Conduct regular field visits to truck garages, parks, and customer locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and provide weekly reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of your local area, including highways and truck parks.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area and work in the field.
  • Active and strong social media presence especially LinkedIn.
  • Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is a plus.
