Associate Creative Director

We are a growing media company focused on innovative content creation across multiple platforms. Were seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our creative strategy with a strong emphasis on content monetization.

Role Overview:

As Creative Director, you will oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of creative content that drives audience engagement while maximizing revenue opportunities. Youll lead a team of content creators, designers, and producers to deliver compelling, monetizable content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative strategies that balance artistic excellence with commercial viability.
• Lead ideation sessions to generate innovative content concepts with strong monetization potential.
• Direct the creative execution across multiple formats (video, audio, written, social).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to optimize content for revenue generation.
• Identify emerging trends and monetization opportunities in the digital content landscape.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of creative professionals.
• Establish quality standards and ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients with persuasive rationale.
Track performance metrics to refine creative approach based on data insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creative direction, preferably in digital media.
• Proven track record of developing commercially successful content.
• Strong understanding of content monetization strategies (advertising, sponsorships, subscriptions, licensing).
• Experience managing creative teams and projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and commercial success.
• Understanding of data analytics and performance metrics.
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
