Brand Development Executive (FMCG)

The Brand Development Executive will be responsible for determining Opinion Leaders and promotional locations in their respective areas, conducting Detailing/Presentation/Sampling activities and running according to plan, conducting promotional activities and being responsible for promo materials, preparing budgets and reports on their use, as well as reports on marketing activities.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Determine the OL (Opinion Leader) and the place of product promotion and adjust to the specified target
• Continue distribution of purchase orders to sales teams at branches or authorized Distributors.
• Evaluate the process and ensure Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities are on target
• Evaluate processes and visit Opinion Leaders regarding Detailing, Presentation and Sampling activities
• Evaluate the process and ensure that promotional activities are carried out according to the concept, procedures, and targets set.
• Ensure that promotional materials are in accordance with set concepts, procedures and targets
• Ensure the emergence of consumer confidence related to product benefits through Detailing, Presentation, and Sampling activities to Opinion Leaders
• Ensure activities related to external parties are in accordance with the targets and time set
• Disseminate knowledge and expertise to other employees to support the creation of a high performance organization.
Preparation of activity reports and administration of operational activities.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Marketing, Communications, Social Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the same position in the medical line will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able/willing to ride a bike.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
