Business Analyst

Experience: 3-5 years Salary Expectation: Competitive, based on experience Availability: Immediate Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to support business growth and efficiency. Experience in agriculture is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and define solutions.

Define and document business processes.

Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements. Develop business cases, project plans, and functional specifications.

Perform data analysis to support business decisions and process optimization.

Lead the implementation of new business solutions, ensuring they align with company goals.

Track project progress and communicate with all relevant stakeholders.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy development.

Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA). Experience in the agriculture industry is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Tableau, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Abuja-based candidates only. Must have completed NYSC.
