About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven, and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for a high-performing professional with a solid background in business development, client relationship management, and project execution within the financial services or consulting sectors.

As our Business Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all engagements. Youll work closely with leadership to implement strategies that deliver high-value outcomes and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Origination:

· Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in financial advisory and consulting.

· Develop compelling proposals and pitch materials tailored to client needs.

· Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

· Act as the main liaison for top-tier clients, building lasting partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.

· Conduct regular client reviews to enhance service delivery and uncover new business opportunities.

· Work with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.

Project & Engagement Management:

· Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements—from planning to delivery—within scope, timeline, and budget.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams, allocate resources, and troubleshoot delivery challenges.

· Track milestones and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Operations & Performance Management:

· Optimize internal operations by identifying and implementing process improvements.

· Leverage data to drive productivity and enhance service delivery.

· Instill a culture of operational discipline and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Development:

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants.

· Provide coaching and performance feedback to drive individual and team growth.

· Promote knowledge-sharing and skills development across the team.

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

· Minimum of 5 years experience in a business management or consulting role within financial services or a professional services firm.

· Proven ability to originate, develop, and close business deals.

· Strong knowledge of financial advisory services and client engagement practices.

· Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering complex, high-value engagements.

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

· Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms.
