As we expand our reach and deepen our impact, we are looking for a dynamic Business Associate to join our team. This role will focus on business development, operations, partnerships, and marketing, playing a critical part in driving growth and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, agencies, and industry associations.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and partnership documents.
- Support strategic growth initiatives, including new product offerings and market expansion.
Operations & Compliance Support
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring seamless execution of client services.
- Coordinate business registration processes, regulatory checks, and compliance tasks.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client communication.
- Ensure internal processes are aligned with regulatory standards.
Marketing & Outreach
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies, content creation, and campaign execution.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and client engagement initiatives.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and events to promote VentureReg services.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development, operations, and marketing efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in business development, operations, compliance, or marketing (experience within business registration, legal advisory, or consulting services is a plus).
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes, business registration, and compliance frameworks in Nigeria.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders efficiently.
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
