Ubrix Homes is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record with 2 to 3 years of experience as a COO, specifically within the real estate industry. As COO, you will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and close deals — earning a 10% commission on every closed transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and optimize the daily operations of the company.

2. Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute strategic initiatives and expand market presence.

3. Oversee the sales, marketing, legal, finance, and property management teams.

4. Manage deal pipelines from prospecting to closing; actively participate in deal negotiations.

5. Maintain and build strong client, investor, and partner relationships.

6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

7. Analyze financial reports, identify operational improvements, and drive profitability.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 years minimum experience as a COO in the real estate sector.

2. Deep understanding of real estate sales processes, property management, and market dynamics.

3. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

5. Results-driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.

6. Bachelors or HND in any relevant course.

Benefits:

Salary: 250,000 Gross.

10% commission on every closed deal.
