Position: Outsourced Digital Creator (Social Media Manager & Content Creator)

Location: Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid, 3 Day On-Site per Week)

Job Summary:

Creaniacs is looking for a creative and skilled Digital Creator to manage and grow the social media presence of a leading beauty brand. This role blends content creation with social media management to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute dynamic social media strategies to enhance the clients online presence and customer engagement.
• Create high-quality, visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written posts that highlight brand offerings.
• Capture and produce engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to keep the brand at the forefront of digital trends.
• Collaborate with the brands management team to ensure content aligns with the overall brand vision and marketing goals.
• Manage the brands social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategies, and report on campaign performance and engagement.
Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and the beauty industry to continually enhance the brands online presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management and content creation for a beauty brand, or similar sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
• Ability to create captivating beauty contents that appeals to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with photography and videography techniques that highlight the aesthetic appeal.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), video editing software (e.g., Capcut), and social media management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to visit the Creaniacs office once a month (Compulsory).
