Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or relations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
