We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Customer Experience Assistant to manage in-store customer interactions, respond to online inquiries, and handle basic social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and ensure a pleasant in-store experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and Instagram DMs.
- Post product photos, updates, and promotions on social media platforms.
- Keep track of daily sales and assist with basic store documentation.
- Organize and arrange inventory on shelves and ensure the store is neat and presentable.
- Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Provide feedback from customers to management to help improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or social media handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Instagram and WhatsApp Business is essential.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or mobile photo editing tools is a plus.
- Must be proactive, well-organized, and able to multitask.
- Proximity to the island is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
