Job Summary:

Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer to provide exceptional client service through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and strong relationship management.

Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

· Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records.

· Address client issues and escalate complex concerns.

· Follow up on customer feedback and provide reports.

· Support sales and admin teams in delivering high-quality service.

Requirements:

· OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.

· 1-2 years experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
