Customer Support Team Leader

GAMING/CASINO EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION

Customer Support Team leader will lead our customer support operations in Nigeria and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the customer support operations for the Nigerian market.

2. Assist with recruiting, training, and managing a team of customer support representatives.

3. Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality customer service.

4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies for improvement.

5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a customer support management role, preferably in the gaming or online entertainment industry.

2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts.

5. Familiarity with customer support software and systems.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month

  • Computer Literacy: 5 years (Required)
  • Leadership & Supervisor: 3 years (Required)
  • Gaming/Casino: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer Service: 5 years (Required)
