Data Enumerator

We are seeking to hire competent & agile Data Enumerators/data collectors based in Lagos to collect accurate field data for client services in the following categories: Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Government, Farming, etc. The job requires Candidates to go out to Client Sites to collect data, and filled them online using mobile phone

• Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level : No Experience
• Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
• Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Collect data from assigned client sites using Kobo Toolbox on your own mobile phone.
• Enumerators may also be assigned to go for inspection of jobs requested by clients
• Ensure completion & accuracy of data collected.
• Arrive at the client site promptly at all times (i.e., on or before the appointed time).
Ensure to return any disturbed item back to its original state or position after data collection.

Requirements:

• Very high personal ethical standard that ensures confidentiality & privacy of clients data.
• Experience in using data collection tools such as Google Forms, Kobo Toolbox, etc. using a mobile device.
• Ability to use simple artisan tools for measurements and resealing of opened vents.
• Availability & Flexibility - Be available for assignments as per organizational needs during engagement with advance notice of absence periods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal,, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Minimum of Secondary/Post-Secondary Education
• Ability to read, write, take physical measurements, inspect items, and fill out enumeration forms.
• Ability to use basic workmen tools such as Measuring tapes, Cameras, Trowels, Hammers, dipsticks, etc.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Possession of an Android/Apple phone and the ability to use it effectively.
Previous Experience in data collection and familiarity Facilities & Building Construction activities will be an added advantage.

Terms & Conditions:

• This position involves the inclusion of candidates in a pool of enumerators for the period of engagement.
• Assignments will be given and allocated based on Pooplogg needs.
• Enumerators will be engaged and compensated on a per-assessment or per-task basis.
• Candidates will be required to be kitted out in the uniforms, tools, and bags provided by the company and abide by company dressing codes/standards while on field tasks.
• Adherence to Pooplogg policies, including behaviors at Client Site,
Safeguarding and data protection protocols are mandatory.

Note:

• Multiple enumerators are required from each area.
• Enumerators will be assigned to collect clients data in areas closest to their residence for ease & to minimize their cost of moving around, unless they choose to move out farther.
