Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and improve ROI. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
• Create engaging content aligned with brand messaging across all digital channels.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, creative, and product) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing and apply CRO techniques to enhance website performance and user experience.
• Monitor digital trends, tools, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee social media platforms, post relevant content, and engage with followers to grow online presence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and social media management platforms.
• Solid understanding of SEO/SEM techniques including keyword research, link-building, and technical SEO.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Working knowledge of design and publishing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, WordPress, Shopify).
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.

Note: Only candidates residing in Ibeju- Lekki, or nearby areas will be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦170,000.00 per month
