Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Salary: N150,000

This role offers a unique opportunity to gainhands-on experience in property management, valuation, and real estatedevelopment. The ideal candidate will support our estate management operationswhile learning from experienced professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals.

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies.

• Advise clients on property investments and management.

• Prepare property reports and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Qualification:

• A minimum of three years of proven experience in estate surveying.

• Bachelors degree in Estate Management, or Surveying.

• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property valuation, and market analysis.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Strong skills in valuation and data analysis.
• Candidates must reside on the island.
