Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and repairs: Oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

2. Facility management: Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment and systems are functioning properly.

3. Vendor management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to perform maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related tasks.

4. Space planning: Manage space allocation, layout, and utilization within the facility.

5. Compliance: Ensure facilities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.

6. Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and cost management for facility operations and maintenance.

Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree in facilities management or related field preferred.

2. Experience: Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.

3. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
