Fashion House Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fashion Production & Operations Manager to join our team at Upstyles by Rayor. The ideal candidate should be both creative and organized.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations within our fashion house
• Overseeing the design and production team
Supervise social media management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in fashion designing, sketching, pattern drafting, and sewing
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of garment construction and fashion trends
• Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Must be active on social media and know how to use it for marketing
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Basic understanding of inventory and order management
