Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to oversee the day-to-day financial operations at Naxawellness. This role ensures efficient financial tracking, invoicing, expense management, and payment processing to support our growing wellness business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate financial records of all income and expenses.
- Track daily sales and reconcile payments across all platforms (bank, online, POS). Ensure proper documentation for all financial transactions.
2. Invoice & Payment Management
- Generate and send invoices to clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. Process refunds or adjustments as needed.
3. Expense & Budget Control
- Record and categorize business expenses.
- Monitor budgets and alert management of discrepancies. Work with procurement to track inventory spending and ensure cost control.
4. Payroll & Staff Financial Support
- Assist with payroll processing and staff reimbursement requests. Maintain records of staff salaries, commissions, and deductions.
5. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial summaries.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory financial requirements.
- Work closely with the accountant for tax filings and audits.
- Ensure health, safety, and wellness standards.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in financial management and operations, preferably in wellness or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems.
