Financial Controller (Manufacturing)

Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Ibeju Lekki

Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business decisions.

2. Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other financial documentation.

3. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets, track costs, and identify areas for cost reduction.

4. Financial Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.

5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as market, credit, and operational risks.

6. Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data.

7. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

1. Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
