Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a growth marketing manager who will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team, developing multi-channel acquisition strategies, and optimizing customer engagement. You will work closely with sales and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring they meet key performance goals.
• Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies.
• Optimize the customer journey and sales funnel to improve conversion rates and lead generation.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Oversee A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in B2C marketing management, with a track record of successful strategy development and execution.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a marketing team, ensuring high performance and growth.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Expertise in lead generation, customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention strategies, and funnel optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage the marketing team.
• A good understanding of the dynamics of Lagos state
