Position Summary:

Sydani Technologies is seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its growth, innovation, and strategic direction. The CEO will be responsible for positioning Sydani Technologies as a market leader in tech-driven solutions that support development, health systems, data intelligence, and enterprise transformation. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding with business acumen to scale operations, drive revenue growth, and build high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

? Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Define and lead the strategic direction, goals, and long-term vision for Sydani Technologies.
• Drive business development, innovation, and new service/product offerings aligned with the companys mission.
Monitor industry trends to position Sydani Tech as a forward-thinking, competitive player.

? Business Growth & Operations

• Lead expansion into new markets, sectors, and digital solution areas.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Implement scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth.

? Technology & Innovation Oversight

• Champion innovation, research, and development of proprietary platforms, applications, and tools.
• Lead strategic decision-making on technology stacks, product roadmaps, and service lines.
Build and mentor a high-performing tech and product team.

? Financial Management

• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Secure investments and strategic partnerships to support business objectives.
Ensure financial sustainability and accountability.

? Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Represent the company in dealings with partners, clients, regulatory bodies, and the public.
• Develop and nurture strategic alliances with development agencies, governments, and private sector players.
Maintain strong engagement with Management and stakeholders of Sydani

? Organizational Culture & Talent

• Build a high-performance culture centered around innovation, agility, and results.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of top talent.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Masters or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role in tech, innovation, or digital strategy.
• Proven success in leading a technology-driven organization through growth or transformation.
• Strong background in business development, product strategy, and operational management.
• Excellent financial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
