Job Role: Head of Sales ( Real Estate)Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and optimize our sales operations in the real estate sector. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth, enhance client engagement, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to managing teams and achieving targets.

Job Requirements:

-MSc in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.

-Minimum of 10 years of proven sales leadership experience in real estate or a closely related industry.

-Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in high-value markets.

-In-depth knowledge of residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use property markets.

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and digital sales channels.

-Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance under pressure.
