Overview:

Our client Origin Tech Group is a dynamic conglomerate with diverse operations in Construction, Agriculture, Furniture, Landcraft, and Automobile, amongst others. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HRBP to align HR initiatives with business goals across these sectors, driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy Alignment: Partner with leadership across various sectors to implement HR strategies supporting business objectives.

Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning.

Employee Relations: Address concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.

Performance Management: Lead performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes.

Organizational Development: Implement training programs and career development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: Advise on competitive compensation structures.

Change Management: Guide employees through organizational changes.

Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics to evaluate and improve HR programs.

Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters or HR certifications preferred).

Experience: 5+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a business partner role, ideally within multi-industry organizations.

Skills: Strong business acumen, communication skills, ability to adapt to change, HR knowledge, and proficiency with HRIS systems
