HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the firms overall business strategy.

Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures.

Prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures.

Perform benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness, information activities program and cash flow.

Develop departmental goals, objectives and systems.

Implement and annually update the firms compensation program.

Rewrite job descriptions as necessary

Conduct annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget).

Monitor the performance evaluation program.

Conduct recruitment effort for all required roles.

Establish and maintain departmental records and reports.

Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings, such as seminars.

Maintain organisational charts and employee directory.

Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher National Diploma (Required)

Experience:

  • HR: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CIPM, SHRM or GPHRM Certification (Required)
