Job Title: IT MANAGER

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

As the IT Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure and systems across all operational sites. This role is key to supporting digital transformation, ensuring data security, maintaining uptime, and enabling efficient restaurant operations across the brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, cloud infrastructure, and network security, preferably in the QSR or food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team to ensure effective task execution and manage and monitor the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
  • Plan, execute, and manage IT projects ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery and diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure system and data security and oversee vendor management for hardware/software procurement and services.
  • Assist in budgeting and manage departmental expenditures for cost-effectiveness and document IT systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Experience in the QSR or food & beverage industry is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience managing IT teams and systems.
  • Expertise in networking, databases, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

N500,000 -750,000 Gross________________________________________
