Eat ‘N Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

Job Description

1. Prepare the Development plans as approved by the Directors (2018 - 2023)

2. Prospect, forecast and identify new trade areas in line with the Development Plans

3. Overseas the various consultants dealing with government agencies

4. Ensures the day to day running of the department

5. Prepares the monthly Departmental Report to the Head Devt & Projects

6. Ensures prompt payment of rent, fees, utilities, VAT, and service charge

7. Coordinate the Mapping and Street index activities to produce a working delivery map for DP towards an effective store opening

8. Liaise with various estate agents in line with yearly development plan

9. Analyze traffic count, demographic, economic trends in proposed trade areas

10. Assist with the prospecting, forecasting and identifying new trade areas

11. Ensures prompt payment of rent, fees, utilities, VAT, and service charge

12. Update Eat N Go monthly rental table and analysis

13. Prospect, forecast and identify new trade areas in line with the Development Plans

14. Coordinate the Mapping and Street index activities to produce a working delivery map for DP towards an effective store opening.

15. Ensures prompt payment of rent, fees, utilities, VAT, and service charge

16. Update Eat N Go monthly rental table and analysis

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Estate Management,
    • An Estate Surveyor and Valuer with vast Experience in Management of properties and agency in Real Estate
  • Minimum of 4-5 years in the said role
