Job specifications

This is a full-time on-site role for Lounge staff located in Iseyin. The Lounge staff will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, taking and serving orders, maintaining cleanliness in the lounge area, and ensuring guests have an excellent experience. Other tasks include managing reservations, handling customer inquiries and feedback, processing payments, and assisting in lounge events and promotions.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Customer service, front of house and hospitality skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Multilinguism (English, Yoruba, Hausa and/or Arabic are spoken within the wider community of this modern township.)
• Ability to manage and process payments
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
