Managing Director

What does the job involve?

 Develop and execute the companys strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth and

market dominance.

 Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain

management.

 Drive revenue growth by expanding market reach and strengthening partnerships with

key stakeholders.

 Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the consumer electronics

industry.

 Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team to achieve business

objectives.

 Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and compliance with industry regulations.

 Represent the company in high-level negotiations, industry events, and government

relations.

 Monitor industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to inform business strategies.

 Report to the board of directors and provide insights on business performance and

strategic initiatives.

Requirements (Non - Negotiable)

 Minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in the consumer electronics or

technology industry.

 Strong business acumen with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

 Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Experience in market expansion, distribution networks, and strategic partnerships.

 Financial management expertise, including P&L oversight and investment strategies.

 Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
