About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
• Manage the companys social media accounts and online presence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and lead-generation strategies.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and product exhibitions.
Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Specialist or similar.
• Strong understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO, Google Analytics, social media ads, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
