Work Arrangement:

This is a primarily remote position, but candidates must be available to work from the office as needed or up to twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and accurately enter information into company systems and spreadsheets, including customer details, sales figures, or other key metrics.
• Address customer questions, comments, and complaints promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat channels.
• Be proactive in identifying and assisting customers who express concerns on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with team members by sharing feature requests and effective workarounds.
• Keep our records up-to-date with technical issue information and valuable discussions with customers.
• Assist in creating reports by gathering data and preparing basic presentations.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Own a functional laptop and smartphone to carry out your responsibilities effectively.
• High school diploma or associates degree.
• Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Great communication skills.
