Operations Manager
Our client, an authorized reseller of hair care, makeup and skincare products located in Lekki, Lagos is seeking a dynamic and experienced operations manager to help scale their operations, optimize efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee the day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, as well as manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will play a critical role in driving the companys short-term and long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve Our business goals. Identify short-term performance growth goals and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes.
- Business Planning: Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with department heads to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, ideally in the beauty or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of business functions, including marketing, sales, and finance.
- Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in creating and implementing business plans, tracking performance metrics, and reporting to executive leadership.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₦500,000.00 per month
