Operations Supervisor and Programs Coordinator

• Minimum Qualification :

Were Hiring: Programs Coordinator & Operations Supervisor

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Work Schedule: Thursdays to Saturdays (3 days a week)

Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about making a difference? Were looking for two dynamic individuals to join our team in the following roles:

1. Programs Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring programs and initiatives

Manage content design using Canva

Handle social media platforms for engagement and outreach

Conduct research and provide support on program development

Perform accurate data entry and reporting tasks

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Canva, social media management tools, and Google Workspace/MS Office

Strong research and analytical skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

2. Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations

Ensure smooth workflow of office logistics and supplies

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports

Manage inventory, bookkeeping, and vendor relations

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and MIR

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Good financial acumen and administrative ability

Additional Requirements (for both roles):

Must reside within or around Lekki Phase 1 for ease of commute

Ability to work independently and efficiently within a part-time schedule

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
