Personal Assistant to the Business Director (Spanish Speaking)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Business Director. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and English, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Business Director and internal/external contacts.
- Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Translate verbal and written communications between Spanish and English as required.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and document organization.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or briefing documents.
- Assist with project management and follow-up on action items.
- Maintain an organized filing system and database.
- Perform general administrative tasks and errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Must own a functional laptop.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bilingual administrative role.
- Background in business administration or related fields.
