Job Summary:

Our client in the real estate industry is in search of a Procurement Manager to drive efficiency and transparency in the sourcing of building materials and vendor management. This role is essential to ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials to project sites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source quality materials and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
• Track and manage inventory, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure timely material delivery.
• Maintain procurement documentation and vendor database.
• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and budget controls.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in a procurement or purchasing items.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of local supplier networks and sourcing best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦150,000.00 per month
