Production Manager

Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all production activities. Youll ensure smooth operations, maintain high-quality standards, manage and maximize the teams efficiency, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with the Logistics, Customer Service, and Restaurant Management teams and other teams for smooth order flow.
• Enforce hygiene and safety standards in all production areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement for restocking.
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely output.
• Lead and train kitchen and packing staff to uphold company standards.
• Implement quality control procedures and reduce waste.
• Report directly to the General Manager and HR on daily operations and staff performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and efficiency.
• Good communication and time management skills.
