JOB TITTLE: Quantity SurveyorLOCATION: Lekki Phase 1

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at Tilden Development Limited. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. They will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction management or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in Quantity Surveying and possess experience as a site engineer
  • Professional qualification in NIQS or any other related certification is an added advantage
  • PMP certification is an added advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Construction Industry Practices, regulations and standards
  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Planning and overseeing, allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency
  • Knowledge of service guidelines such as the National building code (NBC), ANSI/ASHRAE for HVAC and LEED for green buildings
  • Experience in BOQ preparation and cost reporting
  • Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Quantity take off software
  • Experience working with Auto CAD and validating quantities from the given drawings
  • Coordinate the procurement and delivery of Construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standard
  • Experience working on various Construction projects, including residential and commercial sites
  • Ability to manage multiple Construction Projects at various stages of their life cycle
  • Professional certification or membership in relevant organizations is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Job Mode: Full-Time

Salary: 230k Net
