We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented marketer with a banking background or experience in converting prospects into clients.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
- Working Hours : Rotating Schedule
- Conversion of leads.
- Coordinate appointments to show lands and properties to prospective buyers.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one another.
- Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they visit.
- Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Coordinate property closings, oversee the signing of documents, and disburse funds. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven work experience in marketing
- Ability to use Office Communication/Presentation Packages
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
