Retail Deposit Mobilization Officer

*Swift Consulting* .... an Education, Human Resources and Management firm is currently recruiting for a qualified and well experienced applicant to fill the role of *Retail Deposit Mobilization Officer* for one of our clients in the Financial Institution.

*REQUIREMENTS*

• BSc/ HND Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail banking, deposit mobilization, or sales.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

*LOCATION* : Victoria Island, Lagos

*SALARY* : N400,000 gross

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Source and acquire new retail customers to grow the deposit portfolio.
• Promote and sell savings, and fixed deposit products to individuals and SMEs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance the banks deposit products.
• Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and deposits.
• Provide regular reports on deposit mobilization performance and suggest improvements.
