Job Title: Rider/ Customer Onboarding Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦180,000

Industry: Ride-hailing / Logistics

Job Overview

We are looking for Rider/Customer Onboarding Officers to support new clients and partners through our ride hailing app. This role requires excellent communication, good technology skills and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard customers, riders, vendors on our ride hailing app

Handle app documentation, training sessions, and system setups.

Provide ongoing support and answer onboarding-related inquiries.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

At least 2 years of experience in an onboarding, operations, or tech administrative role.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of onboarding software and tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
