• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Meet and exceed sales target
• Leading and managing a sales team to meet targets
• Analyzing sales data and performance
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
Knowledgeable about the sales of rice in the Federal Capital Territory

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven sales experience and track record
