Our client, a leading player in the real estate industry, seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our Abuja sales team. This role requires a dynamic professional with proven leadership experience, technical understanding of real estate markets, and a strong track record of sales success. If you are passionate about property sales, client management, and leading winning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the in-house sales team to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
  • Conduct regular training and mentorship programs for the sales team on property sales techniques, client engagement, and closing strategies.
  • Drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Generate and manage high-quality leads, conduct property presentations, site inspections, and successfully negotiate deals to closure.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform management decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless promotion and execution of property sales campaigns.
  • Monitor team KPIs, analyze sales data, and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
    • Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout the client journey from prospecting to post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abuja or similar competitive markets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Abuja real estate market and client dynamics.
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
