Sales Officer
Were seeking an experienced Salesperson to drive business growth for our Recruitment and Training consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Southwest region of Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Recruitment and Training services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
5. Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Training, and Delivery) to ensure seamless client experience.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in Recruitment and Training industry.
2. Strong network and experience in Southwest Nigeria.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
5. Strong understanding of Recruitment and Training services.
