SENIOR INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Investment Associate to join our team. This role is focused on managing and growing the wealth of ultra-high-net-worth individual (UHNWI) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across various asset classes, in-depth research and analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead wealth management strategies. You will drive investment planning, perform due diligence, and deliver high-quality reporting tailored to client goals and risk preferences.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Oversight

· Manage and oversee diverse investment portfolios, including equities, fixed income, real estate, private equity, and alternative assets.

· Align investment strategies with clients financial goals, risk profiles, and time horizons.

· Monitor and rebalance portfolios to ensure optimal performance and mitigate risk.

Investment Strategy & Research

· Conduct comprehensive market and investment research to support decision-making.

· Analyze economic, market, and geopolitical trends to guide strategy.

· Develop and maintain strategic asset allocation models tailored to each client.

Due Diligence & Risk Management

· Perform rigorous due diligence on investment opportunities and partners.

· Conduct detailed risk analysis and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

· Collaborate with the Managing Director to uphold a disciplined due diligence framework.

Client Reporting & Relationship Management

· Prepare and present detailed investment reports, including performance updates and strategic recommendations.

· Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing queries and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.

· Support quarterly and annual reviews in partnership with family office teams.

Operational & Administrative Support

· Maintain accurate investment records and documentation across all portfolios.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in coordination with legal and compliance teams.

· Continuously optimize internal processes to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA certification preferred).

· Minimum of 7 years experience in investment management, ideally within a family office, private wealth, or asset management environment

· Strong understanding of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, private equity, and alternatives.

· Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation techniques.

· Experience conducting due diligence and managing investment risk.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a client-centric approach.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools like Bloomberg or FactSet.

· High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.actSet).
