Job Title: Senior Learning and Development Analyst
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
About the Role:
Were seeking an innovative Learning Solutions Consultant to design and deliver impactful vocational training and leadership development programs. Youll bridge market needs with cutting-edge learning interventions for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps in client organizations
- Design and facilitate vocational skills programs aligned with labor market trends
- Develop engaging blended learning solutions (virtual/in-person workshops, digital content)
- Research and recommend high-demand skills programs based on industry evolution
- Contribute to leadership development frameworks and competency models
Ideal Candidate:
- 4-5 years in HR consulting/L&D with focus on vocational training
- Proven experience in instructional design and program facilitation
- Strong research skills to identify emerging skills trends
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and innovate
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
