Were hiring an SDR to help grow a fast-moving payments company serving digital businesses across emerging and developed markets. Youll prospect and qualify leads within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): training providers, coaches, and immigration service firms. Your mission is to open doors, start meaningful conversations, and generate quality pipeline for our sales team.
What Youll Do
- Prospect Strategically: Identify and engage leads (bootcamp founders, career coaches, immigration consultants) via LinkedIn, Apollo, and niche communities like Facebook groups or webinar attendee lists.
- Tailor Messaging by Customer Type:
- Educators: Focus on cohort billing, branded storefronts, multi-currency support.
- Consultants: Emphasize retainer contracts, milestone billing, and cross-border payments.
- Immigration Experts: Highlight stage-based invoicing, document workflows, and compliance features.
- Qualify Opportunities: Run discovery calls to identify payment pain points (e.g., “How do you currently get paid by clients in the UK/Nigeria/Canada?”).
- Log & Collaborate: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot/Salesforce and work closely with AEs to move deals forward.
Ideal Background
Were looking for candidates with experience in any of the following areas—or those with transferable skills:
- EdTech SDR
- Sold to online educators, bootcamps, or LMS users (e.g., Thinkific, Teachable).
- Understands digital cohort models, monetization via Zoom/WhatsApp, and hashtags like #ScrumMasterTraining.
- Professional Services SDR
- Worked with consultants, coaches, or B2B advisors.
- Familiar with long sales cycles, retainers, and international billing issues.
- Immigration SDR
- Has prospected for visa agencies, relocation firms, or study-abroad advisors.
- Knows the common pain points around document handling and multi-stage billing.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales or prospecting (SaaS preferred).
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot/Salesforce, and cold outreach tools.
- Strong communication, curiosity, and research skills.
- Bonus: Experience with cross-border payments, subscription billing, or invoicing tools.
Work Mode
- Initial 3-month probation: Full-time, on-site in Yaba, Lagos.
- Post-probation: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote weekly).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦850,000.00 - ₦950,000.00 per month
