- Drive end-to-end real estate sales processes, from lead acquisition to closing high-value property deals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients into customers.
- Expand the companys client base by generating new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and external partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
- Act as a trusted real estate investment advisor, providing clients with tailored property solutions that align with their needs.
- Schedule and conduct property site inspections and client meetings.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent post-sale service and regular communication.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipelines, and achievements.
- Contribute insights and strategies during sales team meetings and planning sessions.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support team training efforts.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Perform other duties as instructed by line manager
