Senior Sales Executive

  • Drive end-to-end real estate sales processes, from lead acquisition to closing high-value property deals.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients into customers.
  • Expand the companys client base by generating new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and external partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Act as a trusted real estate investment advisor, providing clients with tailored property solutions that align with their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct property site inspections and client meetings.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through excellent post-sale service and regular communication.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities, pipelines, and achievements.
  • Contribute insights and strategies during sales team meetings and planning sessions.
  • Mentor junior sales executives and support team training efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
  • Perform other duties as instructed by line manager

Pay: 300,000.00 - 450,000.00 per Month
